In fact, the cat is downright clingy. She's patting at my legs when I'm at the sewing machine, curling up next to me on the sofa when I'm watching TV. She'll even settle into my lap if I put her there. I ended up beading with her draped across my arms last night. When I tried to put her down on the floor, she developed a strong magnetic attraction to my shoulder. I eventually gave up, and settled for a slower beading pace.
