I was planning on repeating my archery shoot from WW last year. I don't think it is going to happen because I cannot make the targets.

I've been retaining all my plastic bottles of varying size, and I've got a goodly number. But, they still need to be stuffed with shredded paper, and I just can't do it. Last year I ended up with a nasty tendinitis flare in my right hand and thumb that took forever to subside, and my grip is still somewhat compromised.

This year I've almost crippled my right arm out in the garden. Maybe a bit extreme in my description, but this past weekend of ripping, trimming and digging my yard and garden into shape has left my right forearm and elbow in a LOT of pain. Can barely pick up my cup of coffee pain. There is NO WAY I am going to be able to stuff the necessary paper into all those plastic bottles.

Yeah, I think another trip to the sports doctor is in order.
